Well not exactly... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w6JURRsVRxM&feature=related)

Anyway, after nearly a full month of wonderful rain, its over and heat is kicking in and suddenly overnight, the temperature has jumped 20 degree's into the high 80's here.

I am dying from this cause I can't stand the heat. My optimal temperature is in the mid 60's or lower. 75+ degrees is when I really can't stand the temperature. I have no AC here and the AC at my work has blown out, in fact, it's hotter in my store than outside on some occasions.

How do you feel about the heat and what are your tips for beating the heat. I may need to invest in swimming again and switching from Red Wine in the evenings to Pina Collada's and Frozen Margaritas.

. . .The high 80s huh?

Mid-90s here. And damn that sun feels good on my legs after the icy ME building.

Of the 22 days of June so far, I think it was recorded that it has rain for 16 of them, mostly a week of rain with one sunny day punctuating it. If it rains tomorrow, as it's scheduled to, it will be the rainiest June in NY history. We're channeling Seattle, and I don't like it. It's not even cool rain that smells fresh, like I like. It's hot humid sticky rain. :colbert:

It was 70 here today, so it was pretty nice except for a weird 1/4 hour when the temperature seemed to jump to like 120 for no readily apparent reason. Localized entirely around my body.

Actually, I think it hit one-hundred here the other day.
It's crazy hot right now, and yeah, I hate it. D:

But I'll be honest, I prefer warm weather over cold anyday. I haaaate icy weather. But maybe that's because I'm originally from Florida. xD

Highs for the next ten days: 101, 102, 102, 100, 99, 99, 100, 100, 100, 100.

Our air conditioner broke last night. I had to sleep in an 89-degree apartment!

If I lived in weather like that, I would never leave the house from the heat. It got about 70 today and I needed a window wide open and my fan on full blast and had to change into shorts. In the EVENING. :[

It's been stupidly cold (or uh, not hot) in southern California for over two weeks. Stop taking my summer, all of you. ;__; It's just starting to warm back up though. The entire 2nd week of June (senior week, graduation junk) was overcast and cool. This past third week wasn't cloudy, but it wasn't at all hot and the nights were too cold for jeans and a thin tee-shirt for me.

You guyyyyyyyys. D:

. . .The high 80s huh?

Mid-90s here. And damn that sun feels good on my legs after the icy ME building.

I'm a human heater... about 75 degrees I start sweating like a fat guy in a sauna. I get extra irritable in the 80's; and 90 and above I start making suicide threats. I'm only grateful I don't live in a humid region cause humidity always kicks my ass.

I don't have AC and when it jumps into 90+ degree weather here, it doesn't drop into the late 70's until 2am... I only pray it stays in the 80's and I get a mild summer.

I live in cold region so I adore my snow and freezing temperatures. I need to move to Seattle so I can get my rain fix. It doesn't rain often here but this last month has to have been a record. It was wonderful.

I dislike hot days sometimes because I adjust to the painful heat, then I go to a friends house and he's got aircon blasting and when I leave i have to re-adjust to the burning heat again.

It was 99 degrees this early afternoon when I went tanning, walking, picture taking on the beach. I think the heat index said it felt like 107.

I love the hot summer nights though with the cool winds here on the Gulf Coast! It's lovely!

It's been 25 degrees around here lately (or 77 fahrenheit ones.) and I don't want it to get much hotter than that really.

Its been around the upper 90's to the low 100's here the last few days, and I was digging up loads of dirt the other day around noon, :( im burnt. It's sooo humid, but I absolutely hate it when people say "Its not the heat that gets ya, it's the humidity!" FUCK THEM!!! If I held a lighter under their chin it'd be the heat that got em, not the humidity...ahem... rant aside, yeah it's hot.
