I want a cute bedroom like this:

Maybe my theme would be strawberries instead of Cinderella, though. Imagine sleeping inside a giant strawberry. =O

Dream big!

Themed bedrooms are great for kids, but otherwise I find it constrictive.

A pirate themed bedroom would be ace, though!

If you ever get a room like that, force all of the girls you invite to it to wear sailor dresses!

Then do what all pirates do.

The chest leads to a secret room where I keep the girls I'm done with.

Sometimes I want something like this:

Sometimes, I want this:

http://cache.boston.com/bonzai-fba/Globe_Photo/2007/05/18/1179505116_5617.jpg

and there are times where I want this:

My style desires change pretty often :\ So, it'd be a bad idea for me to go with one single theme like that.

When I grow up I'm going to have a racecar bed. Vroom, vroom!

When I was little, all I wanted was one of those canopy beds with the drapes hanging down.

I still do

On stuff like Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, every child gets a themed bedroom. I can't help but wonder how they'll feel about that bedroom in, like, three years.

thinking back on it, my bedroom was kinda forest themed.

Yeah, same. Especially when it's like themed on something that's just in the now. Like how is a girl who gets a Hannah Montana themed room gonna feel in three or four years?

My coworker did theme his kid's room but he did it in kind of a loose comic book style. He's a pretty artsy guy and he said he made part of the wall look like it was being torn away with his son's name written out in big action letters. It sounds pretty friggin' awesome.

Treehouse bedroom really smurfing cool xD Seriously how awesome would this be?

On other notes, I do have several criteria for my dream bedroom:
- Big
- Spacious/not cluttered
- Has tables and other crap, not just a bed. xD I like to live in my room.
- Well lit! Natural/bluish is awesome, none of that dim yellow crap.
- Not too frilly

I think this one is my favorite:

But these are also pretty freaking awesome:

http://img.hgtv.com/HGTV/2006/06/08/hertz_Lehrer_GuestBedroom_lg.jpg
(not too huge a fan of the ceiling though)

http://img.hgtv.com/HGTV/2009/04/20/DP_Charalambous-Bedroom_2_s4x3_lg.jpg

Annnnd so many others, don't even get me started :mog: But as if I'll ever be rich and/or meticulous enough to pull something like that off. :E

My bedroom right now is kinda oriental style, with a focus on dragons. I love dragons. I even got one tatooed on my leg...
