i agree kefka just desroyed earth and sephiroth trys to destroy the earth to turn it into a car he can drive around the universe and destroy it to thats a lot more than just earth

Kefka, because the world needs a villain that you hate, love, and fear at the same time. Plus, complete phsycos are just cooler than fallen heros.

Kefka is an actual psycho and is the definition of villain. Like an FF version of the Joker. While VII is my favorite, Sephiroth isn't as successful in carrying out his plans as Kefka was.

Meh, they're both pretty crappy villains. Can't choose which is better, since I dislike them both very, very much.
