No, in V a exclamation mark means the ability is a battle command that must be selected to use in battle, while those without it are passive and are always in effect.

Once either the character or the enemy dies, the original battle resume but with the dead monster/character still dead and the surviving monster/character at the HP/MP/status effects that he/she had when ending the "duel".

Swap Res: You may choose 1 enemy, and then 1 element. The character and the enemy switch resistance/weakness against the choosen element.

The Mindia fox casts 1 of 2^256 random spells. Half of them are really drag cave eggs though. :quina:
