I have an aquarium fish community. I've become a real fish lover. Here is a video of my fish:

I also have a cranky macaw parrot named Harley.

When I have my apartment, I am planning to get my pomeranian puppy. They're so cute. I already have the breeder picked out and everything.

If not a Pomeranian because of apartment issues, then I'll be getting myself a little herd of guinea pigs. Sooo cute. ;;

I have no pets here ;_;

at home I have a mussie and a reita and a cato and kinda a belle except when she corks in my room then she's alllllllll mom and dad's.

I saw a crime against DogKind, today.
Walkin' by this itty bitty duplex; like each half of the duplex is the size of my apt or smaller, and this lady comes out with TWO BIG DOGS THAT WERE SO EXCITED they'd clearly been cooped up all day, and she was taking them out to do their business and they were pretty big dogs, one was a big white hound looking one and the other was a husky
I was so happy that i got to see doggies, but I was so sad that they'd been in that tiny house :( They need a yard!

I said goodbye to my cat for the last time this morning. FML

At least he'll be happy to be outside from now on. I just won't ever see him again.

All I have left is Sammy, my dog. He's a half-Sharpei/half-Norwegian Elkhound, which pretty much equates to a cross between a rug and a teddy bear. But he's my rug/teddy bear. :heart:

But I'm not from the UK

Though if I were I'd have a good excuse to turn to animals for pleasure

I have a 14 year old carp that is called Snarff. He's awesome. When I finally live somewhere (and can afford it for that matter) I want 2 Old English Sheepdogs:

Rye, I can't believe you want a rat dog. =/

I made rather detailed posts about the kinds of dogs I have in my confessional thread. :greenie:

I have two shih tzus and a cat!

Lately, Tobi has been trying to pour his own water from a water bottle. Needless to say, he's not doing it very well! Lately, Tiki humps every toy she gets her paws on.

Poms are my favorite little dogs. They look like little snow drops and they're sooooo smart. I would consider getting a Shih Tsu like Monda's, though! Any small dog will do, as long as it's not a poodle (I just don't like them!) or something that looks frail and rattish because it doesn't have a lot of fur, like a chihuahua. I can spend all day watching pommies on youtube.

I think they kind of remind me of my dog I had growing up, my giant big fluffy chow chow with the purple tongue!

I did see a really adorable medium-small sized dog that looked a lot like your doggies, Miriel, but I still think they'd be too big any kind of apartment I'll be living in for the next few years. ;_;

I used to have a pet West Highland Terrier which is probably among the best pets I've ever had. Really miss him. I also used to have a pet tortoise which was really interesting pet to have. Though my father might be getting a new one.

Otherwise at university I have a pet house plant. Plants are people too.

I grew up with Collies. My dad's favorite dog was named Tammy, and she was born when I was. I think she was put down in maybe 2001 or so. She was fun when she was young but she got in pretty bad shape in her older years :(

My dog - well, it was the family's, but we were like this - was Amber. She was a black/grey/white speckled Collie. She was beautiful and fun and loyal and fuzzy. I remember when I used to sleep in the living room on the floor, she'd lay down next to me and get me to pet her. And I'd always have to pet her progressively slower at a steady pace until she fell asleep and I went slow enough that she didn't notice I raised my hand up, or her head would perk up and wonder what happened to me :) She also would run up to my bedroom when I would wake up in the morning. Unfortunately, she developed some complications at around 11-12 years old. The vet was pretty sure it was cancer, but the full tests to find out was too expensive, and as hard as it was to say it I knew that putting her down was better than having her go through all of the pain. But I still miss her.

We inherited, sorta, an Afghan Hound. She was... dumb :/ She could be very very sweet, and she was beautiful, but man... she was just dumb. My parents were kinda mean to her... not like abusive, but just never giving her attention. For a few years I was kinda the same but later on I started to try and be nice and attentive of her. But my parents put her down last summer :/ She was like 13, but really didn't have anything wrong with her... my parents were just kinda tired of having a dog ;o I was kind of upset about it ;o Now we don't have any dogs and mom doesn't want to get any more pets at all.

The only current pet we have is Cookie! She's a chubby calico, and is about 9 now. She's kinda skittish around new people and bites if you rub her the wrong way xD But she's really sweet to me most of the time. In fact right now she's doing her affection thing - suckling on my t-shirt and purring. She likes to share the bed with me :) And in her older years she seems to be sweeter a lot more than she is mean, or at least to me xD *pet pet pet*

cookie also goes absolutely nuts if you even have a speck of catnip on your person.

I have a Golden Retriever, & his name is George. He's big, old, and stupid as hell but I love him to bits.

I have two cats. Well, my mom has them, because I'll be leaving them behind when I move.

One day in the next couple of years, I'd like a cat, maybe a second a bit later. Another few years down the road, I'd like to have a dog.

My family have two pets. One belongs to my brothers, and the other belonged to my dad before he passed away. My brothers' cat is named Ichi. That's the cat I posted in the photo thread. (Also only post I will ever post in that thread! >:3 ). My dad's cat is named Smokey. I'm not really sure what kind of cat he is, maybe a Russian Blue or British Shorthair, but he is grey colored, so he has to be one of the two. He's very quiet and loving as opposed to Ichi, who is just annoying as hell.
