So, I just got done purging my computer of a virus I obtained yesterday at some point(I think it was from the stupid system Yahoo has, I deleted a message I got and it opened another that I was going to delete before I read it, I think there was a virus tied to it.), and so I changed all of my passwords.

Topic: What do you do if you think your comp has a virus, then afterwords, what do you do after you purge it?

His name is Robert Paulson

Wait..

I usually just purge the virus by plugging the infected hard drive into another computer and running a virus scan. Cleans it 99% of the time.

I avoid getting them in the first place.
(is not so hard)

You use a pomegranate or something for a computer.

I can't think of the last time I've gotten infected on a Windows machine of mine, though. Preventative measures aren't really that difficult.

edit: Come to think of it, I don't even think I have any antivirus or malware removal tools on my computer right now, running an install of Vista from last October.
