This is the best down the aisle moment in a wedding ever. It's so cute. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-94JhLEiN0)

This is the thread about wedding. Us girls can discuss them in loving wonder, and the guys can scoff and be "Pssh, girls!"

not a good sign when your wedding becomes viral on YouTube.

Why am I always the bridesmaid, and never the bride?

Weddings are boring and a waste of time and money.

Just once, I want the bride and groom statue on the cake to be edible, but NOOOO it has to be made of wax.

I don't care for weddings but at mine there will be some sort of dancing like the one in the OP.

I don't really have a dream wedding per se, but I do enjoy looking at gowns and rings :)

I... I like looking at wedding dresses. And rings, to a lesser extent. :-[ I'm not even kidding. It's all Shorty's fault.

For some reason, I was idly thinking about a wedding premise (I think it was because one of my friends said he was planning on proposing to his gf)

it would be held in a lake, the guests all sitting on rafts or floaties, and the bride and groom or bride and bride, whatever, standing out with the celebrant/officiant whatever getting their nice clothes all soaking wet. I think it could be fun xD

Oh my god, Sarah destroyed my will to resist. I have my dream wedding planned out, and I'll post it under this cut so that I don't make you all barf. Though it's awesome, so you won't barf.

I've always wanted an outdoors wedding, and I've always wanted something a little different, so I've decided that one day, I really want to have my wedding in Central Park. And not Conservatory Garden, that :bou::bou::bou::bou: is bananas. Overly expensive, and you're not even allowed to have flowers or anything, and they limit you to 100 people (not that I really want a :bou::bou::bou::bou:ton of people, or even KNOW a :bou::bou::bou::bou:ton of people, but I'd like to feel like I'm open to invite plenty.

I'm having it in Strawberry Fields or, much much preferably (my favorite part of Central Park), Bethesda Terrace. I can literally picture it, a white aisle starting under to the fountain, where I'd be married, and all of my favorite people of the world would be there, and a million strangers who will see how happy I am.

And the photo opportunities. That's the main thing. While the idea of a sit down, slow wedding is semi-appealing, the most important things to me about my wedding one day: 1) My favorite people will be there, 2) The photos must be beautiful (I am willing to spend more on the photographer than I am on anything else - even the dress)... after all, that's the thing you show your kids one day.

I guess by association to number 2, that means a gorgeous dress and an amazing location anyway, which is fun - Kleinfeld is a must. But anyway, that means I'd rather it be less conventional and more exciting. I feel like a wedding in Central Park always appears more spontaneous, which I like. You'll always see a group of brides and bridesmaids running around the park on any giving sunny day. And the photo op on the LAKE!

I also prefer Bestheda Terrace because it's right by the Boathouse, which I know I want my reception. Oh my god, it's just too much.

I also want an autumn wedding. Bethesda Terrace is at the very prettiest in Autumn, and there's not QUITE as much of a crowd.

That aside? I can't picture much of it - except for a lily in my hair!

Damn you, Sarah. >:o

Oh and I want these invites:

My dream wedding is going down to the courthouse, getting the papers signed, and then never thinking about such a farce ever again.

Weddings are alright.

I doubt I will get married myself, though, and if I will I'm just as happy not doing it in a church.

I can't believe that video made it to the news.

My wedding was kind of boring. I mean the wedding part, I liked all the people that showed up, even though I felt too busy to properly enjoy anyone.

My dream wedding now would include going to the courthouse and getting some papers signed, and then spending the wedding money on a lavish vacations. Though I did like the bouncey house idea.
