What kind of gifts can you not be trusted with, because you lose them or break them somehow?

I can't be trusted with bracelets. I've lost every single bracelet that I've treasured, particularly the jewelry Huxley bought me. I even lost my new Tiffany's bracelet, I was so bummed out. I never buy nice bracelets anymore. I just can't be trusted with them. I think it's because I have abnormally small wrists.

Watches. I lose watches like Jess loses bracelets, only much worse. I don't think I have successfully kept a watch for more than one week.

I look back at that day and laugh at it. Best post I ever made here even though it was an accident.

I've also been on your LJ with the name hawkeye_elite but have since then moved to Facebook for awhile now.

BUT MAN JESS <3333

Earrings! I do pretty well with necklaces and sometimes rings, but I always loose earrings. I have a few expensive earrings that were given to me as gifts that I lost. Luckily I still have a pair that were given to me from Lord and Taylor. I've learned that as long as I never wear them, they'll be here.

I'm actually pretty good at not losing gifts, so long as my little brother refrains from stealing them. Damn punk'll bring back my Hitman: Blood Money if he knows what's good for 'im!

I can't be trusted with penises made of snow.

Also socks. I always get holes in them.

I can't be trusted with penises made of snow.

I saw one of them once. It was a feature article in a Playb*cough*... a magazine.

My problem isn't losing them, it's wearing them out. I've had to put so many gifts in my miscellaneous stuff draw because I've broken them. Too much love I guess :(

Ouch!

Collectibles. Although, any misuse, abuse, or neglect they receive is largely due to my hatred for collectible items.

Actually, I'm pretty good at not losing stuff. I don't think there's a particular item I tend to lose.

I tend to lose jewellery when I get given it mostly when people give me things like chains or stuff. Still I can give you a warning of a gift that you should always never trust...BIG WOODEN HORSES like the one in Troy.

Give me any amount of chocolate and I will eat it all in one go and make myself ill if necessary.

Any jewlery I don't wear 24/7. I never take off my necklace or my wedding ring, anything else that I could take off at any point will be lost.

I'm worst at losing earings though, when I sleep, they jab me so I take them out and half the time in my sleepiness I put them places I barely remember.

Watches. It's not that I lose them, though; after a few weeks I'll just completely forget about wearing them, so it's still a wasted gift. I try, I really do. My dad got me a really nice one and I wore it for almost a year (which shattered my old record of maybe 3 weeks), but in the end it ends up sitting on the dresser like all the others.

I should introduce you my younger bro....

I try not to lose things but I do misplace them....Somehow they end up in weird locations.....The latter usually occus frequently and I start yelling and scolding myself to how I'm the biggest idiot in the world and other verbal assaults..

I did lose my keys a year back...I was only a few months later that my parents figured it out and I got yelled at! Hahah it was another three months before a new set of keys were given to me....

I'm known to be an annoying person when it comes to necklaces, it's like i'll get them, but im always worried that the chain/rope will come undone and i'll lose them. <_<

I lost my bracelet. I mean, it's been months since I last saw it. It's lost.

You also should stay away from any sort of clothespin-ish contraptions. I break them easily. Hairclips, clothespins, pokemon...all bad ideas
