Well, I noticed myself in the last couple of weeks just randomly browsing online stores such as eBay - no intention of buying anything, just looking. My main interest at the moment is to just look up a lot of merchandise from video games (mainly Final Fantasy figurines/statues).

So, the question is, fellow forum-goers; Do you window shop online? And if so, what's your current subject of interest?

I like looking at really eccentric clothes like leather dusters and fedoras and wishing I lived in 1950s Texas.

I'm going to start collecting figurines as soon as I get another job. I don't shop much online, had a few bad run-ins, but if ever I'm in dire need of something I look there. It's also good to judge prices.

I've been researching things to buy for years now. Someday, I might actually get that HDTV, PS3, 22" Monitor, laptop, etc.

Yeah, I mostly go for CDs, DVDs or video games online - because sometimes it's easier to find a certain title on the interwebz, and sometimes it's cheaper there as well.

Lately I've been looking at Wii games and PS3 games in particular.

I see plenty of things I want when I look at online stores, but I often have to restrain myself. :/

I just bought my college books online yesterday $400 worth and still need two more. The only other thing I've bought online is a game or two. So I guess im not much of an online shopper.

I buy most things online, but I don't really ever "window shop." If I need something, I look it up and buy it.

I shoplift online.

Rat Zen is like the Winona Ryder of internet shopping.

Sometimes I buy stuff on Amazon for half the price it would be in stores like games and books. Lately I've been shopping for a few clothes online as well because I've just been too lazy to go to the mall again. I bought me a slouchy knit beret, shorts, a hoodie and some shirts online recently. :)

More than anything I'll buy records online because they're pretty hard to find out in the real world.

I buy a lot of things online, pretty much everything but clothes. And I love to window shop online...if I'm bored, it can keep me occupied for a good while. :P I hardly ever end up buying the things I look at for so long though.

Right now I am currently spending endless hours looking for furniture for my room. :P So far I have bought...1 desk.

I keep reminding myself to buy a webcam online. I already picked one out too.

I bought contacts online. And I usually buy my textbooks online. I haven't bought clothes online yet but it's so tempting sometimes. Oh I bought a lot of my bike stuff online for my biking to Canadia trip.

I have my eye on a Chi hair straightener on Amazon, on a mega sale.

Amazon.com: Farouk CHI 1 Inch Ceramic Flat Hairstyling Iron: Health & Personal Care (http://www.amazon.com/Farouk-CHI-Inch-Ceramic-Hairstyling/dp/B0009V1YR8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1251164612&sr=8-1)

I needs it. But I just bought a digital picture frame a few days ago!

A few years ago my mother-in-law insisted I make an Amazon wish list. Recently they added a feature where you can add things outside of Amazon to that wish list.

I <3 my magic button.

Also, I've been window shopping on eBay a lot for supplies for my Etsy store (link in signature, nudge nudge). I've sunk some dough into eBay recently. Which reminds me, I need to leave three feedbacks.

I had the dirtiest thoughts racing through my mind when I read this title. :D

Shinyou Settei Hen series for the early FF games. I need to brush up on my Japanese so I can visit Japanese websites since the books rarely see this side of the ocean apparently.

No, because I'll either be sad that I can't buy it, or I'll buy it and waste money that I need for something else S:

!!!

On another note, someone suggested they bought a SNES off eBay so I've been looking up all the older consoles and games.

I must admit, I barely go out to shop anymore. I really hate shopping centers, and I'll only go to a shop in the city if I'm already out that way for uni (despite it only being a 10 minute ride into the city). It's just so much more convenient to order online unless you are in a huge rush to get the package at that moment.

I buy quite a lot of books online because they tend to be much cheaper than buying them new in shops like Waterstones or WHSmiths. That's about it, really. I've bought a few DVDs when I've come across good offers (The Complete Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister for £17, oh yes) and I bought FFTA2 (new) off Amazon the other day for about £10. Just entertainment stuff really. Don't trust clothes as I like to try them on first if I can.
