I think this might be the one thing in the game I've never done. Apparently there's a Power Generator somewhere in the Lunatic Pandora during disc 3 on the first visit with Zell leading the party, but you have to do certain things in Laguna's dream to make it show up... and then you have to not be thrown out by mistake in the present.

Can anyone explain this to me? Quistis' Ray Bomb is the only gap in the game I've never filled :( And don't get me started on trying to Mug one from a Blitz... it just never happens...

IIRC, you have to have the right hatch opened in order to get the Power Generator later in the game.



Also........ you can MUG a level 30+ Blitz without Rare Item equipped. You have about 4.6% chance of getting it.
