Guess what role Cid will have in this game.

Cid has so far (As Far as I remember) been in almost every FF game, either as a good guy or more rarely a baddie.

Where will he show up? Good Or Bad? Will he have a strange fetish for airships?

My brother suggested that, too. But as has been said, it's not a girl's name. Unless they find a way to lengthen it (as they did with Balthier's father's name -- Cidolfo) in a way that makes it sound feminine.

Either way, it seems like 13's Cid will be male again . . . but this time, a young guy, which is refreshing. Oh, and a villain for the second game in a row. Also refreshing.

True, though all of the Cids, from my memory anyway, had a certain ruggedly masculine physique (yes even IX's Cid, when in human form)...this one doesn't seem to. :greenie:
