Can you fix it to when you watch something with Dual Audio to have it start in English with Subtitles off? I know how to set the audio to English and turn subtitles off, but I was just wondering if there was a way to get it to start that way.

If it's a MKV file and you use the Haali splitter (you're probably using it if you have CCCP (http://www.cccp-project.net/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page) installed), then you can go into Haali's options (rightclick from tooltray) and set the preferred language for audio and subtitles :p
