Whenever you're sad or in a bad mood, what do you do to cheer yourself up?

Look at this stuff
Isn't it neat.
Wouldn't you say my collections complete.
Wouldn't you say I'm the girl...
the girl that has (*dramatic pause*) everything.

Eat snacks and drink soda. Also run around so I don't get fat.

I don't get sad much. I usually just try to quell it while continuing what I'm doing if I do.

I'm a pretty carefree person, there's too many distractions in this world to stay in a bad mood for long. Calling someone to talk about something completely different or cleaning my room in my underwear while blasting some upbeat music has proven very effective, though.
I come to EoFF when I'm sad. Sometimes it makes me sadder.
I usually go out and get a Pepsi and that makes it all better.

Listen to some upbeat and wacky music, such as System of a Down or Finntroll. If you can listen to Finntroll without a big grin on your face, chances are you're incapable of grinning.

Listen to sad or intense music. It's sort of like emotional exhaustion instead of a pick-me-up.

Watch a film or some Futurama or something. Either that or watch some football, but that can often make it worse!

Play some ps2 or listen to some dance music and dance it off in front of my mirror (like Meridith does in Grey's Anatomy)
that or watch porno and have a cigarette afterwards....

I listen to angry/sad music depending on how I feel if I am angry the music is freakishly angry if I am sad I listen to the most depressing thing going. Somehow this works.

The converse of this. If I'm sad, I'll listen to angry music to perk up my mood. If I'm angry, I listen to sad music to bring myself down a little.
Somehow this works :monster:
