This thread is about boy bands and their infinite awesomeness. Also, how old were you when you decide to hate all that is holy and stop listening to them?

I always loved nsync! Much more than those losers in the backstreet boys! They need to bring back boybands that actually preformed! Look at them dancing their asses off! That's skill yo.

I actually never had a boy band phase, though I did have a small period of time when I really liked two NSync songs. The difference being that I knew they were awful and embarrassing and thought they should be wiped from the face of the planet. They never had me fooled!

My friend in kindergarten had a New Kids on the Block tape. Woo.

I only liked a few songs here and there for boybands. But what I really liked is the boyband they started on south park. Its named after when you use your fingers like a gun and go bang.

I'm still an Nysnc fan. I think everyone decided it was played out once the 90s boy band era was over. I was never really big on any other boy band aside from Nsync, so we they disbanded sometime around 2002 I decided that it was time to move on. I still pop in some This I Promise You, Two of Us, and Girlfriend though.

Sure, I've had a boy band phase. Backstreet Boys and Nsync were cool to me and my friends back in the day xD Ah, those golden pre-teen years.

I don't mind boy bands, if you just take them for what they are - cheesy pop. They can be great for a laugh (e.g. when drinking), and when you're in the mood for some "guilty pleasure music".


I had a summer job painting with some friends of mine, and we hardly listened to anything else but Backstreet Boys and old Michael Jackson songs - the latter being actual good pop music, of course.
