I'm kinda excited just because it's a video game movie. That and I like Jake ever since Donnie Darko :) What do you lot think about video game movies and do you think this one will be good?

Here's a myspace vid link to the trailer since it's all I could find :p LINKAGE (http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=100361501)

Donnie Darko was a pretty good movie, but it is highly overrated.

Scensters like to get on their knees for it...

The trailer for the movie looks pretty good, and I'm a fan of the video games.. so I'm definitely going to see this one when it comes out.

I'm a huge Ubisoft fan. I have played and enjoyed pretty much every game series they've released. However, my opinion of video game movies is the opposite: I've loathed pretty much every video game movie I've seen. I also hate when they cast wrong (i.e. Avatar). This dude is supposed to be Persian or at least Arabic/South Asian looking. Jake is lilly white...

YES! I was excited just hearing about it, but seeing is so much more exciting!

I'm a HUGE fan of the games. I'm expecting this movie to be amazing, but I've been let down before. We'll see how it turns out.

looks good, but admittedly I am more of a fan for the new Prince of Persia games with co-lead Elika.

I was suprised that Jake could pull off the role since it's so different to what I'm used to seeing him in.

Shocking casting with Gyllenhall who looks about as Persian as me. I'm Irish. Still the Prince's sense of humour seems in tact which is crucial to the character. The chick is a ride and Mike Newell is a good director. I'm hopeful.
