I always use to love when they would have mash potatoes and gravy at school. I loved it when that was the special.

What is your favorite "special" food?

As inspired by your dinner pictures, I did take some. And it was amazing and not too hard to make (especially the potatoes; super easy). I will share.

I love things with chicken.

Hux and I had a special eating day, since we both don't eat enough, a few days back. Chicken is godawfully expensive here, so I bought a pack of it and we made lots and lots of fajitas with delicious spice sauce and onions and yellow peppers. Then we made my favorite, fried chicken cutlets.

It was the best food day ever. I totally revolutionized the way he looks at chicken; before that day he thought all chicken was dry and repulsive. Hah!
