The "Winhill" UFO?

I am doing the UFO thing, and thanks to a magazine (I know I suck)I found all but one, it says it is "Outside Winhill town" and I am running around that area and I can't find it - is there a pasific places where I can find it? (The name of the location on menu would help too).

2. Mandy Beach [shores] (south-east from Timber). (head of a Statue)
3. Esthar-Kashkabald Desert (north-west from Cactuar Island) (Pyramid)
4. Health Island (east from Trabia Garden) *you needed the Ragnarok to
accomplished this. (Artifact)

Yeah, you can find it just outside. I usually meet it right in front of the entrance. If you have Diablos' Enc-None ability equipped you should encounter it in no time, since the ability doesn't affect the UFO sightings.
