Oh ya. I bake a lot. And I share them with Psychotic when I meet up with him every once in a while. He enjoys eating them!

I think I made quite a lot the last time and if anyone wanna try my humble pastry, you can PM Psychotic and he can mail it to you. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a155/Unknowns2/BeckyandPAUL.gif

I don't particularly enjoy baking, though I'll make chocolate chip cookies very occasionally.

I'm rather indifferent to it these days.

But the greatest dessert ever is CHEESECAKE.

I'm eating a slice right now, and we still have half of a 72oz cheesecake left over.

I like to bake. I baked two different batches of cookies today...Coconut Oatmeal and Raisin Drops. 11 dozen in total. They might last out the week, but I don't know. I already baked a batch of Coconut Oatmeal three days ago and they were already all gone today. No, I'm not the one eating them all up. :)

I want cheesecake and I want Leeza to send me cookies with her Christmas card this year! Those cookies sound so good ;-;

@HotRod: I'll bake some for anyone who asks! :D And I even seriously consider sending some out to people from time to time though I don't know how that'd go as far as spoilage and whatnot :o Really want to send some to my boyfriend but since he lives overseas, sometimes things take up to a week to send, so.. I don't think that'd work unless i expedite it :(

Mmmm. Are those sugar cookies or white chocolate chips?

I miss baking so much. I use Hux's kitchen to bake occasionally, but only a few cookies and only the cheap Betty Crocker just add water kind. I can't wait to go home and make some pumpkin pies and really nice cookies from scratch and other things like that.

actually, they're peanut butter cookies. I roll the dough ball in sugar before baking :D

I love to bake!! But I like to make No Bake Cookies. Only boiling and stirring is required. They are amazing.

My favorite dessert is probably green tea ice cream. Or pumpkin ice cream.

Baking is fun and easy. getting the stuff in the oven is the only hard part, the batter/dough is yummy and has a hypnotic power over you...

Sometimes I just want to eat the dough/batter.

Baking and I are not on speaking terms right now. There was a mishap with the fondant that almost caused me to punch ten hours worth of cake work.

Though I think I would like to bake some cookies tonight...

My favorite dessert is cherry crumble cake. Which is awesome 'cause it's three ingredients and doesn't require any mixing at all. I think some people call it dump cake.

Oh gawd I had that happen. I then decided to call it fail cake.

Then I just sucked it up and tried again using boxed fondant rather than homemade fondant and got

Fondant is a bitch though.

It was a big cake so rolling it out took too long and the fondant dried and just fell apart. I was soooo peeved.
