It was silly, but it was fun to watch!

I mean yeah, the story was dumb, the science was non-existent, and the dialog between characters was laughable even when serious, but man if that scene of Los Angeles falling apart wasn't spectacular...

But yeah, it was about as well written as Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, so if a good plot and decent characters are integral to your enjoyment of a movie, I wouldn't see it! :D

I did enjoy the action scenes as well.

I didn't enjoy The Day After Tomorrow, so I highly doubt I'd enjoy this. So I've been avoiding it. And probably will stay avoiding it :} Good to know a fear-mongering future-apocalypse movie didn't really create "believers"

It's not that at all. It's just another disaster movie!

Calling this movie "fear mongering" is like calling Independence Day "fear mongering". :D

This movie was awesome, and if you went to the movie theatre expecting anything else than what you got in 2012, you can't be very well versed in disaster movies :p.

Who cares about the plot in movies like these? Most people go to them to see entire civilizations getting their asses handed to them, and 2012 certainly delivers at that.

I got exactly what I was expecting, doesn't make it any better though.
It was enjoyable in a "this was crap" sort of way. Im not trying to be pretentious or anything. 'Crank' is probably one of my favourite films ever.

I found it enjoyable in a "WHOA SHAT DID YOU SEE THAT" sort of way :p

This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZW2qxFkcLM0) pretty much sums up how I feel about the movie.

True. Even though you know they're crap, you still enjoy watching them just for the brainless action and stuff.
