She's a German Shepard - Greyhound mix, about a year old, and her previous owner named her Marly. My dad doesn't really like that name, so we're dubbing her anew! :</>D

I recommended Maryl or Mercy, because my dad wants something that sounds about like her old name. He's taken to calling her Marla, but I was wondering what you thought, EoFF!

Any suggestions? :3

I don't have pictures because my camera has no batteries and I have no money to get batteries. My rechargeable ones don't seem to charge any more ;_;!

My phone has no means of connecting to my computer and the service isn't turned on, or I'd use that. The only way I could snap a picture of her is with my webcam, but she seems to feel uncomfortable back here and never comes back for more than a few seconds to sniff around. I can't make her sit still.

Why, that movie / book sucks. Chuck Palanuik or however you spell his last name sucks. edit: seriously was it just me or is it supposed to be that obvious that Brad Pitt is Edward Norton in the end.

I would never name my dog Marla because my friend had a dog WITH a tumor that he named Marla and it was weird and sometimes the dog would walk past you and its tumor would rub against your leg and you would shiver.

Name it Marcy! Mary. Maggie. Mugsy. Margie.

Obvious? Yes. An indicator of a bad movie? No. I cannot speak about the book since I haven't read it but the movie was very well done. The performances from both Pitt and Norton were very entertaining. But, hey, that's just, like, my opinion, man.
