Stat Growth and Races, any charts you can help me with?

I'm trying to maximize the use of effective classes this playthrough and eliminate all jobs that have very few/no good uses and also that a side-quest obtainable character (like the human hunter or the viera red mage) would easily replace. Basically I just need to know if anyone has a chart or a site with highly informative growth trees for different jobs with each of the races so I can plan this well. I need to know, for instance, if a mog, human, or nu mou, would make the best black mage, or if a human, viera, or nu mou would make the best priest, so I can mark off Priest entirely (and only "spend" one race on the class). Thanks.

My first stop when I want to min/max a game is usualy GameFAQs. A lot of games have VERY detailed stat guides. (A quick look reveals a 500kb FFTA mechanics guide)
