In Santa!

I remember I was about 9 or 10 years old. I wandered around my basement and stumbled upon one of my gifts hidden under a bed in the guest room down there. It was a brand new super nintendo. That's when I knew.

It's okay if you still believe. That's why I kept it spoiler-marked!

I was preety young when I knew, 5 or 6. I think I just sat there one day and worked it out logically that my parents did it all. And I have a big brother too. hahaha

I think about 5ish maybe 6. Because being the youngest my siblings would tell me things and my mom was starting to get lazy about "from santa" boxes. She would just put them under the tree with the rest a week or so ahead of christmas. So of course I was like "Well santa doesn't come a week early! That's not right!" Of course the meaner older siblings would tell me he didn't exist.

I remember the first year I ever saw Star Wars V, looking into the ceiling and asking Santa for a lightsaber! :O

I was always told that Santa wasn't real, so never.

I never really believed. I think I came to a definite conclusion on his lack of existence around 5.

Being the oldest child, I learned when I was 9. I sobbed myself to sleep for like an hour! I remember yelling at my parents:

"I know the easter bunny is a fake, and even the tooth fairy! But SANTA? WHY!?"

I don't remember how old I was but I decided that, even with the time zones in his favour, one man wouldn't be able to travel to every damn house on the planet. Therefore he's a fake.

I think I was 9 or 10 when I figured out it couldn't be possible but I think it doesn't matter the whole Santa Claus deal is part of the magic of Christmas. If you've ever seen the excitement in children's faces, be it younger siblings or your own children, when they go to see what Santa has brought them. It really makes Christmas for me!

On December, 1996, my great gramdmother on my mother's side who has now passed told me she heard Santa coming through the window. I told her that Santa didn't exist and that she should stop snorting crack. Okay, that second part didn't happen, but I did say Santa didn't exist. I suppose it was around then that I stopped believing.

I don't think I ever actually believed in Santa. When I look back, I would play along with the whole idea of Santa but I always knew it was my family getting me presents. Then again, my family never really pushed the idea of Santa anyway, so I guess I would have little reason to truly believe in such a myth.

I don't think I ever really believed in him, or at least I can't recall ever believing in him. I do remember asking all sorts of questions at about age four to my parents about how he got into our house to deliver the presents since we didn't have a chimney, etc. My parents' answers weren't very convincing.

The fact that I watched my mom wrap everyone's gifts but my own didn't help either. :D

Lol, I never believed in Santa.

Once my friend, when we were 5-7, said that Santa was real and I was like, "O RLY?!?" .................I slept near the chimney with a bat.

I never believed in Santa, but I did believe in Jesus while I was in middle school because I went to a Christian school. :p People would disagree, but Jesus is like a Santa that adults believe in!

Edit: Oh and I know he did exist! I mean the part about him being the son of God etc. etc. ^.^

Uhhmmm probably til I was 7 or 8 or something. I was lurking in my parents bedroom trying to find the presents. And I did. And then I realized that some of the presents Santa gave me were the VERY SAME ones I found in their room.

It was not a good Christmas.
