Late last night I simply smoked a jay ,popped my headphones to my ears fired up my ipod and just danced... :cheer::reverie::peachdance::bounce:

I danced to my hearts content without a care in the world...even long after the buzz...I just danced for everything I felt about this year and the coming ones....

How many of you folks have done this (with/out a jay or drink)or would try this... Its not about if you're a good dancer but simply for that moment, just dance till you feel thoroughly happy!

Firstly I'm a little freaked out that when I opened this thread 'Just dance' by Lady Gaga came on the tv O.o

Yeah sure, I've done this a couple times - I find it a good way to let off some steam and just generally have a laugh at how stupid I look while dancing :bigsmile: I've danced like crazy at parties before where I have had a bit to drink (Only enough to make me feel hyper) but I've also just danced when I've been really hyper (Which I find comes and goes naturally depending on each day xD).

But yes, after dancing like this I do end up in a fit of giggles and everything does seem to look better - But thats probably to do with the fact I'm on the floor and looking at the ceiling :omghey:

On Monday, I was helping my dad babysit my nephew, and he figured out how to work the radio sitting in one of the rooms. The little tyke just loves dancing and so it was hard not to join in when he was spinning around and bobbing up and down to the rhythm.

In the mornings and at night, when everyone is still asleep, I turn my music up and dance around. For hours. I could dance all day. But people usually wake up and laugh, so I'll stop.
I'm not that great of a dancer, but it's all in good fun!

I dance a lot. Whenever I find myself just loitering, I dance. People ask me if I'm crazy but I just tell them I'm dancing to the music in my head (I guess the answer is yes then).

I've only danced once, a few years ago. It was a pretty mortifying experience....
