Passing Time while Ill

So you're spent the last billion hours sleeping to get rid of whatever ailment you have but you can't stand lying there any longer... what do you do to pass the time? Do you have anything special that makes you feel better when sick?

I got up and cleaned the house but that made me feel worse. So now I'm playin around forums, livejournal, and facebook. This feels so unproductive though! I'd play more of the RPG I started last week but that makes me feel lazy.

Oh, and my special 'happy' is Sprite. I don't know why but Sprite is my perfect drink when I'm sick.

internet, reading books on my ipod (it's lightweight and easy to hold, and i don't have to have a light on! so handy)

diet sprite and ginger ale yus

I usually read lots of books and drink water and random herbal teas I make.
And I write and sing songs, depending on the ailment. If I don't have a voice, I usually don't sing.

I had some surgery back in mid-December, so I've been laying down most of the time since then. My back has been killing me though, so I haven't had much patience to lay still and watch TV series or movies which is what I'd prefer to do. My Nintendo DS has been helping me out like that. Whenever I need to get up and walk I can just bring it with me.

I usually either watch tv, go on the internet or play video games. Or do all at once. ;)

After I've slept all I can sleep, I just watch some films, stand-up and bring the laptop to bed and facebook until I get tired again. I usually have no energy whatsoever when sick, so I just sleep.

When I'm not asleep, I watch movies. Unfortunately someone *coughmomcough* messed up the TV downstairs so I have to either put a DVD in my PS2 or look things up on youtube now. Can't even watch TV. :(
