The List

Before leaving on the Dollet mission, Seifer mentions a list, and adds Quistis to it. I've never understood what the list is supposed to be! I'm sure it's covered somewhere, so could anyone shed some light on this?

If it's not mentioned, then discuss theories. I know you all love theories.

Or maybe it's the list of people he wants to bang. Either way Squall's at the top of it. :D

They're head of Disciplinary Committee, aren't they (oh the joys!), so I'm guessing its some list of people who's lives they're going to try ruin.

It's mentioned later on, it's his list of people who are 'a tough nut to crack' - or basically people who refuse to be impressed by Seifer.
