What would be the best way to convert a TIFF file into a JPEG?

If you have it installed already I belive it can be done in Photoshop. Alternatively using Paint in Windows also works.

I think Paint Shop Pro may also do that. Alternatively you can try these programs: Image Converter (http://download.cnet.com/Image-Converter-EXE/3000-2192_4-10133488.html) and Batch Photo (http://download.cnet.com/BatchPhoto/3000-2193_4-10471398.html).

I haven’t tried it but I’m sure gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) would do the trick. And its free!
