Hey

I like to make Crème Brûlée but I've only ever made it using small, single serving sized Ramekins. I'm planning to make a [huge] Crème Brûlée using a large, equally shallow...serving dish/plate. How feasible is this? How difficult is this?

Any advice would be appreciated. =D
