Only song from Dragon Force I liked was 'Through the Fire and Flame' and from Blind Guardian 'Bard song' which is far from the kind of song mentioned in the title, regardless of the shear amount of ass it kicks.

Rhapsody's 'Pride of the Tyrant' and 'Dawn of Victory' are both epic, though I'm going to have to go ahead and pick YouTube - Kamelot - Rule The World (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJeqUW-T5hE)
