Ignore the lack of F1-F12 and other important keys, but focus on how there's two \ keys and no apostrophe key. I bought a new keyboard and when I went home, I found that the keyboard is very odd looking.

Is this an alternate layout? I have a numeric keypad shoved in the side, with the pgup/pgdown keys functional as long as numlock isn't pressed (very bizarre as it is)

On your picture, there's an apostrophe key, to the right of the semicolon key :p

Otherwise it looks like a compact US qwerty keyboard layout. Having duplicate keys isn't too surprising, my previous laptop actually had the "| \" key in triple.

Slightly OOC: Do any major retailers sell Dvorak keyboards? I know you could just pop up all the keys of your existing keyboard and rearrange them physically (or just not look down) but I'm just curious.

the apostrophe key is ' and when I was first using the keyboard it would require two hits to use. And it didn't used to be the ' key either (confused yet?)

just very odd. xD I might look into seeing how to rebind keys to change the second \ into a shift cuz I keep hitting it -_-

Yeah, the Esc Key and Squiggly Key shouldn't be on the same line.

It looks normal to me. It just doesn't have the F1-12 keys, so since there's need for Esc to have its own line, it got pushed down to the ~-Backspace line. *shrug*

Loads fine now, I guess imageshack was being retarded yesterday. And it's some sort of qwerty anyway, but i have no idea why someone's on screen keyboard would look like that, it's definitely not normal.

Because my laptop's keyboard actually looks like that (or rather, it's a reasonable facsimile)
