That guys is such a ninja. Very talented - he did some cool stuff back when he was a dancer for Madonna too.

As for the topic, it's hard to come up with specific videos because there are so many. But Janet Jackson and Michael Jackson seriously revolutionized dancing in music videos. Especially Janet's videos pretty much all have great dancing.
