Fantasy Baseball 2010

I guess it's that time of the year again for you all to lose horribly to the 7-time champion California Angles. Or maybe this will be the year I finally go down.

I'll set up the Yahoo! league later today. Let me know in this thread if you are interested. I'll also try to track down the usual suspects.

For those of you who would be new to this it's a lot of fun. We only ask that you try and pay attention the whole year and update your roster at least weekly. If you don't think you can handle the long baseball season then don't apply.

I am definitely in! All I ask is if we could push the draft time back a few hours as I have a play in the city at 3pm, so a 4pm draft time...probably isn't going to work for me. something like 8 or 9pm EST would though.

I remember trying this one year and being so bad because I never played (mainly because it didn't run on my Mozilla!). I love baseball though, so I'm going to try again though! Hopefully Chrome can run this thing, because I hate using IE for anything.

EDIT: Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-. Probably gonna be a bit late. Dammit. I'll try to hurry back from stuffs though! :(

EDIT2: Caught the entire thing! I think I did well, now I just need to learn how you're suppose to manage your team throughout the year xD

EDIT3: I'm starting to see how the every day adjustments work, I forgot to put Beltre in yesterday in my excitement, today I won't be making the same mistake, adjusting my line accordingly as different teams play and others have the day off.

My team this year is not quite what it has been in the past. This may be the year I go down.

Sometimes everything just comes together for a team. Strider had a year like that once, but he self destructed as usual and I won by like 3 points. This could be Bong Water's year. We'll see though.

I think my team is coming along quite nicely. My pitchers have been stellar so far, and I hope this continues as the season progresses. Hopefully my batters will improve from being just okay to better than average though.

I am cautiously optimistic. I am lacking in speed, but that might pick up at least a little bit if Kinsler stays healthy and Upton gets going.

I wish my team would stay consistent. My pitching sucks, then it's great, then it sucks again. Now, it's great again.

I find it ironic though that I was offered Beltre earlier in the year, I think for Santana, and this week was able to just pick him up off of waivers.

Still haven't even played half a season, so anyone can still come back, but Bongy has a hell of a lead. My goal was to be in at least 4th by the end of May and I met it. :)

Really didn't want to have to dump Beltre, but then half of my pitching staff had to go and get themselves on the DL. :(

Thanks for playing another great season of fantasy baseball. Great because I won again. 8 in a row!

The MLB season wasn't too bad either, with some teams other than the 'usual bunch' making the playoffs (like the Reds and Rangers).

Personally I'm rooting for Tampa Bay in the AL and anyone but the Phillies in the NL. Sick of the Phillies.

2nd year in a row finishing 2nd. Had a really slow start, if only I could put a complete season together...maybe I'd only lose by 10 points!

Oh well, now to focus on football. And my Yankees.

I hope the Yankees and Phillies get some better competition in the LCS because like I said I'm sick of those guys. Not sure who could beat the Phillies at this point though. They are loaded.
