Has KH3 ran off to? We've got all these Roxas spin offs yet no KH3... it makes me sad, it's one of the only reasons I'll ever buy a Ps3. And sweet jesus if anyone knows its coming out for the 360 as well (I highly doubt it) please let me know and save me some money.
Have they given up on this particular project? Or am I severely out of the loop with KH news?

Also, I wouldn't really hold you breath with the 360, but you never know...it may not even come out in this generation of consoles (let's pray to god that's not the case).

After Birth by Sleep, it's looking like Nomura wants to churn out one other Kingdom Hearts title, although apparently this is going to be a series of some sort independent of Sora's story. Details on that are elusive.

The reason there hasn't been any visible progress on Kingdom Hearts 3 is because a large portion of the Kingdom Hearts team is currently working on Final Fantasy Versus XIII. I imagine we'll begin to get a bit more news regarding KH3 when FFvXIII moves into post-production stages.

There's only one Roxas spinoff and it's actually important for the plot's future.

If you won't play Birth by Sleep because you consider it as a spinoff (I mean hey, look, there's Roxas there.. Oh no, he's named Ven, but who cares? (Yes, I'm being ironic)) you'll probably not be able to understand the series's plot from now on.

I didn't play CoM because I didn't have a GBA, but I just grabbed a copy of the script, so that avenue is always available to people.

I'm thinking I might actually grab a DS for 358 (and also soul silver), and then trade it in for a PSP when Birth by Sleep comes out.

But why don't you play Re:CoM? It's way better than the GBA version and for the PS2 -and as you do know KHI and KHII I assume you have one. :P

I beat CoM. I couldn't succeed Riku's story. I can't surpass Larxene in Re. I love that was remade for the PS2, but in 3D, I somehow find it harder to maneuver.

Somebody send me a PSP!

I personally find Riku's story way easier than Sora's. There's like the same strategy for every battle:

Getting into Dark-mode and spamming Dark Break/Firaga/Aura. Aura at best, but of course you don't always have three nines.

358/2 days, Birth by Sleep and Coded all are setting the stage for 3, as well as filling in the gaps in the story.
