Did you ever keep one character one as one set job once you earned the privilege to use it? I think I always had one dragoon. It seemed like a waste to change his job... :roll2

I had a Red Mage all the way to the earth crystal. Funny thing was that because the job level was so high she did more physical damage than my Dark Knight. I also kept a White Mage until the last crystal, where I switched to Devout.

I also always had a Dragoon in the party a) because he always did well, and b) because I love Dragoons in general.

I always have a Knight in my party, because they look spiffy and can do loads of damage with Ragnarok + Excalibur.

Levelling individual jobs seems to take a while, so once I find the one for 'them' I try to keep it on that and keep the party structured like that.
