I read through the forum rules and didn't see anything that talked about isos/roms/emulation. Typically forums frown upon posting links to these but I was wondering for those who have played FF7 on an emulator, where you got your iso from. I do own a copy of FF7 so it is legal for me to possess a backup. I tried the iso from romulation but all of the game speed except battle scenes are too fast (ie. the music is sped up, walking, text). So for those with an iso that is true to the game, where did you download yours from?

If we aren't supposed to post links, feel free to PM me. Or if any of this talk is prohibited, mods feel free to delete this thread.

This is a good one. (http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4536740/Final_Fantasy_VII_%28PC%29_Ultima_Edition)

But quick! This thread will get closed. :(

Whoops I mislabeled. I meant to say I was looking for the Playstation version being run on an emulator (which for me would be ePSXe).

Downloading ROMs/disc images is illegal. Emulation isn't illegal, but you still need to make your own copy of the original media. Downloading a pirated copy isn't the same as making a backup of your own copy of the game.

Best source, but you'll need to register. (http://www.epforums.org/showthread.php?t=55024)

Also pretty good and easily accessible. (http://www.romulation.net/PSX/Final_Fantasy_VII_Disc_1_of_3_%5BU%5D_%5BSCUS-94163%5D.7z.html/)
