An LJ friend of mine who used to go on this forum posted this website on her LJ.

RainyMood.com (http://www.rainymood.com/)

It plays a 30-minute loop of the sound of heavy rain. Very soon after it started, it made my skin, especially the tops of my arms, feel cooler and chillier and I started feeling goosebumps. Isn't that unusual how the body can react like that? Did you have a similar reaction?

The website is being a little difficult with me too. =O I think it's getting a lot of bandwith now, since it's become Facebook famous. It worked after waiting a little while.

It really does enhance music. William Fitzsimmons (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCQHd9PJzK4) + Rainy Mood = :}

How lovely! It's amazing backdrop for you favorite music. It really makes for a completely unique experience when you play it with some music. :jess:

I still can't seem to get it to work for me, but if it goes nice with music I recommend looking up Tycho. My official "drivan' in the rain" music :heart:

Oh goodness, I got the chills and goosebumps from it! That's really cool. I like to sit out in the summer on my porch when it rains like this so it's good that I now have a site to go to when it's not so cloudy! Thanks rye! :jess:

Hehe, no problem! It was really sunny and nice this evening, so it was nice to have this to listen to. It's been a little too long since it's rained!

It was raining when I woke up so I don't need it. ^_^

I can't believe I actually miss England weather a little. I love the sun and the warmth here, but it feels good to have a grey day. It's relaxing and I don't feel obligated to be outdoors.

I love this. Gotta plug in my real speakers later on and enjoy even more.

Hahaha, it's like playing this link willed the weather to change. It's grey and cool this morning. It feels even more convincing with this playing. :jess:

I let it run all night, and when I woke up, I freaked out because I thought I heard grinding noises from my laptop. :x

I've now had nine straight days of sunshine. Not baking hot, but sunshine nonetheless. At most there's a moderate cloud cover that lasts an hour or two.

This was real nice to listen to last night, it did make my skin feel a little tingly!

It is pretty cool, but since I'm in good old rain city it's quite a common sound.

Sidenote, it kinda made me need to use the bathroom <.<

It just made me need a wee. I don't find rain relaxing, it usually annoys me as I think of how much I'd hate to be in it.
