Any Way Back to Pulse?

I just got back to Cocoon and invaded the Eden Grand Prix after returning from Pulse. Is there any way to go back to Pulse at any time?

They give you the option at the beginning of chapter 13 and then again after you've beaten the last boss.

yes, you can before post credits play. there's a choice to do so before you go too far past the point of no return. so dont fret!
