Has anyone here tried it? I started trying it recently, and I'm beginning to use it increasingly more often than I use Firefox. It's very clean looking and fast. Like it, hate it, not tried it?

they took too long to get a mac beta out:p I don't really care anymore. Opera is my go-to alternative browser

It's nice, but the inability to do certain things pisses me off. Like I hate how it saves EVERY SITE I'VE EVER GONE TO. I don't want links to the fucking spam I accidentally clicked on you assholes >:0

I actually just started using it like an hour ago, oddly enough. So far it's pretty cool, though I miss the way Firefox handles bookmarks.

I haven't bothered using it much, because I'm perfectly happy with Firefox.

It's the only browser I use besides Firefox. Firefox is generally my go to browser, but I use Google Chrome for some other purposes. Mostly if I think any site I may be clicking into is a little too sketchy.

Just be careful that you don't end up like BoB with IE6.

A lot of features of Blogger/Blogspot don't work with Firefox, in my experience, but work great in Chrome. Blogger being owned by Google. Surprise!

I upgrade Firefox regularly and would quickly abandon it if it became the trash heap that is IE6.

I've been using it for a while. It wasn't so good there for a while with somethings like copy pasting and there was no twitter addon but now that's pretty much all fixed. I like how fast it is and how clean. Plus they had the skins thing then firefox thought it was a good idea so they did it too :p I like the tab page. It gives you like your most visited sites in thumbnails. That way if i'm bored and I make a new tab "oh hay i'll go to youtube" or whatever.

Overall. I like it :D

The download has a glitch that makes it unstable on some computers

It lags like a mofo when I try to upload images to a certain imageboard, but that was under windows xp. I might try it for win7 but can't be bothered to care.

That said, gcrome is such a good browser in every other webpage!

I tried it the day it was released, and I didn't really like it. I have not used it since. FF still rocks

I read the title as Google Chromosome ;o

I'm using FF because Chrome doesn't get along with my computer. It insists I have no internet connection, but I clearly do. And I didn't have this problem the first time I had chrome on my computer :(

Once you go Chrome, it's always your home.

Or something like that.

I like it cause it save what I was doing in the case my computer decide I'm not using it and turns itself off, which it does frequently.

Well, checking it out now. It isn't doing anything Firefox already does for me. And it isn't any faster or smoother or anything.

Pretty much, and FF had/has a lot more third-party support.

You mean like ctrl + b?

Shlup

Yes, I miss ctrl + b. I like having my bookmarks docked to the right of my window. Also separators.

I tried to go back to Firefox and it was just unbearably slow next to Chrome. *sigh*

I still prefer Firefox; I keep Chrome installed because some sites see Firefox and say "HEY THAT'S NOT INTERNET EXPLORER" and vomit, and Chrome can handle those sites.

I suppose it's technically possible to install Internet Explorer in Linux, but I can't do it because my parents were married.

Just not to each other.

BJ has his computer set up so that he uses Firefox when he wants to browse on his left monitor, and Chrome for when he wants to browse on his right one.

I actually use SRWare's Iron version, which is identical. I love it. I'd been using Chrome since it came out. Love it. So fast and clean and uncluttered. However, after a delightful bout with viruses, I can't get Chrome to work. Hence the move to Iron.

So try the NON-Google version of the exact same browser: SRware's Iron. Seriously, Iron/Chrome is WAY better than Firefox.

Nah, I'm not cool enough to use Opera or Chrome so I'm still using Firefox.

Also I'm too in love with Adblock Plus to change browsers.
