What is with the pokemon frenzy? Didn't pokemon die like almost a decade ago? I know it wasn't considered "cool". I'm not going to lie though, I played it, and enjoyed it. Do you remember the card game? I never obtained a Charizard. So sad....

My love for Pokemon has never once faltered. It's a great boredom killer during slow days. :D

I don't think it did. I can't go to my classes these days without seeing like ten people with a DS out playing pokémon. And I am a college student :|

I had a Charizard that was apparently worth a fair wad of money. I think all my cards were in a shoebox somewhere the last time that I saw them, dunno where that shoebox would be though.

I'm just posting this here randomly because I want this to happen very much.

Nintendo make a Pokemon MMORPG.

I have had it three times at the same time. Some of them even first edition, I think.

They were expensive in case you wanted to buy them. But it is definitely one of the mightiest cards with "Burn Energy" and the "Doubled Colorless Energy".

Depression Moon, I SO want a Pokémon MMORPG.

And every single account can have one and the same legendary just once.

I stopped caring about Pokemon after Silver and Gold, it's gotten ridiculous.

I blame the fact that high school kids think they're too grown up for Pokemon. I've never gotten bored of it. Me and my friends have been playing since Red. I think this comic sums it up. (http://www.awkwardzombie.com/comic1-032910.php)

SO TRUE

Also, I got my Charizard in a booster pack after saying that it was going to be a Charizard. Totally called it. I get what I speak.

I don't blame anyone really. Every1 gets older, more busy, and find different passions. I can sy that from experiance things definitely change and people grow out of video games. Plus society and the media put downward pressure on ALL gamers. But it's dependant on your social circle too. And I really don't have the time and patience to search grassy area's for mew or whatever....

A few of my students still played Pokemon. They got made fun of though.

A lot of people at my college play Pokemon. So that comic is indeed very true... I guess it's a nostalgia thing.
