I could see Disney VS Guilty Gear working better for some strange reason, Goofy VS Faust would be cool.

Better yet, make it Disney vs Square Enix vs Marvel vs Capcom! (Of course, they would have to drop both the original KH characters and the MVC2 original characters, Ruby Heart and Amingo, but we'll put them in a spin-off RPG.)

I would say that Mickey's design should be based on a combination of his Epic Mickey style (with a magic paint-brush as his weapon) and his Kingdom Hearts style (his agile physical attacks and magic projectiles). In the spin-off RPG, he can get his Keyblade back.
