I went to the crappier versoin of Comicon that my city hosts a couple of weeks ago and there was this unkown comic company there promoting their comic book/graphic novel (I know, crazy right?). They use real people in their comics rather than the traditional animated style. They take three pictures of you and then layer them on top of each other to get the look you see below this. Taquadris and I jumped in on that action.

I got a bamboo plant today. No matter what I'm doing at work, one of the cactuses I inherited in my cubicle just keeps shrivelling up like it's dying, so I wanted a new fresh plant. It's so cool and ornate, and it comes in a pretty pot with frogs on it! You can also see my piggy bank. I got it for a dollar. I don't think I even have a dollar saved up in it though! My hair is or rather was blonde, but it faded to mousy as i got older. I died it blonde for a long time but eventually admitted to myself that i've always wanted it red, I will do something about my eyebrows soon though.

Things have been OK for me except that I’m a zombie now, I really wish you’d let us in.


That first was one of the not-so-great shots (I got early because of my manly armpit hair showing, lol) from a recent photo shoot I had, modelling a cravat, topless and out in the cold evening of Central Brisbane.

The second is one of the many MANY shots I got from my Saturday Cosplay at SupaNova. I was a little overwhelmed with the attention it was getting, and, at one point, had to ditch the convention (due to feeling claustrophobic) and head into the Valley, just to get away from the crowds. It of course didn't stop the photos... but it was a lot more spacious/relaxing.
I won a hundred dollar Madman Voucher at Mana Bar (It's co-managed by Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation) and got me some BOXSETS.
