not worthy of a sequel..although Tim Olyphant seemed like my vision of agent 47.

Why? The first one was bad and I know it couldn't have made that much money.

so you are wrong on that score.

I was surprised it made that much money.I guess the videogame had a lot of fans who shelled out money to see the movie.:roll2

I didn't think it was really worth a sequel, but I'd give it a look.

I didn't much mind the first. It wasn't great, but it wasn't awful either. I've kind of come to expect that from video game movies though.

I actually just watched Hitman on FX the other day and was wondering if a sequel was being planned. I had forgotten that the ending was, somewhat, open.

I've kind of come to expect that from video game movies though.

Prince of Persia film takes this stereotype and :bou::bou::bou::bou:s all over it, then rewinds time and does it all over again. Then wallflips and stabs it in the face with a sword.

Just fyi. :p

Hahaha Good to hear! I was hoping that movie was going to break away from that sterotype. PoP is one of my favorite video game series so I would have been more than a little disappointed if it blew.

I guess it did okay. I think more because it was called Hitman and a lot of people that saw it probably didn't know it was based off a game and thought the movie was going to be some kind of crime thriller.

Why so many Hitman haters...The movie was fun to watch. Glad there's a sequel coming.
