This is the best part in the whole damn movie. Because most of the time the audience doesn't really care if the Bond villian of the year gets his comeuppance or not. But in Licence to Kill Franz Sanchez was clearly a bad man who mutilated Felix Lighter and killed innocent party so it was only fair that he died a gruesome death.
