Media Go 80048A21 error

I'm trying to download Final Fantasy VIII from Media Go to my psp.t's been up to 99% but every time it pops up error 80048A21 server communication failure. I've tried everything, I need some help. Anyone know whats wrong?

Have you changed your password for Media Go recently? Some seem to suggest that this error is caused by an incorrectly stored password, in which case restarting Media Go and entering the correct password should fix it.
