Favorite town/city - Village of Dali (I remember just melting in relaxation when I first went in. And it had a fantastic little story to it)
Worst town/city - What's that really blue place in FFVII? The place where Aeris dies? (SPOILER!!!!)
Favourite summon - The Bahamuts in VII. Although Ramuh (FFIX) will always have a special place in my heart.
Least favorite summon - FFXII. Not a fan.
Best soundtrack - FFIX, of course.
Most unrealized potential (game) - FFIX (lol fanboy). Due the time constraints, the aspects of the game which were left unfinished or without depth are easily noticeable.
Most unrealized potential (character) - Freya, Amarant, Eiko to some extent. As above, they were left without comparable depth to the other main characters. Tragedy, really, because Freya's story would have been fantastic.
Best villian (individual) - Vayne Solidor. Kefka was insane and badass, Sephiroth was insane, Kuja was insane... Vayne was the only one who you could sympathise with. He had good intention, and just wanted good things, ultimately.
Best cast of villians (game) - Shinra, of course. :D
Best love story - Balthier and Fran (FFXII). Not "let's bump it" love, put pure unconditional love between friends. It was good to see, as Square's love has typical been "twoo wuv fowever" stuff.
Worst love story - FFVIII was pretty terrible.
Favourite main character - Balthier!
Best battle system - XII! The Gambits were genius: simple but with depth, worked really well. No other game has managed to replicate it properly.
Worst battle system - FFXIII. "Let's make a game where the player does fuck all!"
Best boss theme (music) - FFIX. Kuja and Necron.
Most overrated villain (here on EoFF) - Kefka/Sephiroth, purely for the weirdness of the fandom.
Most challenging final boss - FFIX - Necron (first try). On subsequent playthroughs, I explored the game world more, so had more powerful characters. But that first time, with nobody hitting more than 4000 damage...oof.
Easiest final boss - FFVII. Characters were hilariously overlevelled.
Best mini-game - FFIX. 1. Chocobo Hot and Cold. 2. Tetra Master.
Best use of moogles (game) - 1. FFXII - Montblanc, and the engineers were awesome. 2. FFIX - I liked the Mognet stuff, as well as the guy on the world map. :D
Best use of chocobos - Haven't experienced too many. FFIX/FFXI. IX was just all-round great, with a really excellent application. XI was good because that game can fuck off.
Best setting - FFIX/FFXII. IX is just ridiculous. I love it. Really full of stuff, and I remember first getting onto the second and third continents. Holy crap. The way the game starts you off on this tiny part of the world, with the rest being a total mystery. And the different characteristics of each continent. Absolutely sublime. And XII had great communities in it.
Favourite hero cast (game) - IX/XII. Steiner and Balthier. 'Nuff said.
Best NPCs - I remember X's being pretty cool, but that may be inaccurate. IX was nice because all the NPCs seemed to actually be doing something there. XII had great characters, though I don't think they were as full of life as IX.
Best voice acting - Balthier. A thousand times Balthier.
Best ending - "No cloud, no squall shall hinder us!" FFIX has a warm (and slightly moist) place in my heart.
Creepiest villain - Vayne Solidor again. Creepy bastard.
Worst setting - FFXIII. Completely bland and unoriginal.
Who (in your opinion) was the main character of FF12 - In terms of story: Ashe. It was about revenge, reclamation, and peace. In terms of character: Balthier, of course. He says so himself.
Favourite FF - FFIX. First one. Best one.
Least favourite - VIII/XIII. Three I's apparently don't agree with me.

favorite town/city- I think Midgar's collection of 'towns' is the only real answer for me, but as for individuals towns pretty much anything from FFVIII. If I had to pick one, it'd probably be Dollet.
worst town/city- Esthar. Big and empty.
favorite summon- Ifrit, FF8.
least favorite summon- Some of those completely useless ones from VI. Mainly I'm just not that big on FF6's Esper system.
best soundtrack- VII.
most unrealized potential (game)- XIII. It realized none of its potential.
most unrealized potential (character)- Seifer, FF8. He ends up doing, like, nothing impressive. Although I think that may be more to do with the outrageousness of FF8's 'bad guys' in general.
best villian (individual)- Sin (pre-explanation). Jenova otherwise.
best cast of villians (game)- Shinra, easily.
best love story- VII with the Cloud/Tifa/Aeris thing, although I don't like the dynamic necessarily as a 'typical' love story. More as some really effed up sci-fi love story, if that makes sense.
worst love story- VIII's. Didn't ever feel to me like Squall and Rinoa ever really connected for it to be such a driving force for the second half of the game.
favorite main character- Cloud
best battle system- Either XII or X, depending on my mood. XII is great conceptually and in execution. X's is really good too, but I feel like there wasn't enough monster variety and in general it's kind of too easy.
worst battle system- Ignoring II, because who cares about II. I'm going IX for being way, way too sluggish.
best boss theme (music)- FFVIII. 'Force Your Way' I think it's called.
most overrated villian (here on eyes on ff)- No one really overrated, I think. I can't really recall who most people favor here. If it's the rest of the internet I say Kefka. He's great and all, but most people just love him because 'he's just an asshole and loves destroying shit'.
most challenging final boss- Off the top of my head, I can't really come up with one who is really hard. Probably one from the NES games which I haven't played in forever.
easiest final boss- Yu Yevon. What a joke.
best minigame- Triple Triad.

best setting- So many good settings, but I'll have to go with my favourite: VII's.
