But it's all graphics-y :(((. I wish it wasn't, then it'd be way better.

The battle system and character development system is great.

Ya, I prefer X-2 battle system over FF X.

Really good at being a disaster. Whenever I think of X-2 I see little twinks running around with ribbons and rainbows, and if you don't know what a twink is I'm not explaining it.

Bottom line it's a watered down sissy girly sickening excuse for a Final Fantasy game, especially as a sequel to my favorite game in the series.

These are my opinions, and I understand they may not be yours. With that said I hope you don't find my post too offensive or hostile.

Exactly how is it watered down?

The original is somehow boring, but the International version is an incredible game !!

I thought it was really fun. And except for the first two chapters when it was way to bubbly, I thought it was great game.

I actually love FFX-2, aside from much of the first two chapters, as mentioned above. The battles are faster and for me, they sometimes require more initiative, so it's a blast. I like it enough to have 3 Iron Dukes.

Never really ever been able to get into FFX-2, to be honest. I don't want to throw the entire "it's a girly FF" cliché, but I just didn't like the characters as much as I did the FFX ones. I simply didn't like Yuna's personality, and Rikku annoyed me even more than she did in FFX.

Once I got over the fact that it wasn't really a worthy sucessor to FFX, especially with the plot and carryover characters, I enjoyed it for what it was: a fun little game to play. Short of greatness, but still good.

If I want to spend £30 playing Pretty Princess Dress Me Up! I'd find a prositute and go to the nearest primark.

Great battle system and many fun quests too, although the game is very sugar coated. Eh, nobody's perfect!

Or you could get it for £5 at amazon. :mog: I would however not recommend getting a £5 prostitute instead.

Leave the twinks and their loves alone.

I love this game so far and I've barely even played it. Bought it two days ago at £6 :jess: Me and two other mates will indeed be cosplaying YRP. Guess who I'll be!!

Yeah, PAINE!!!

I really liked it, because I have a thing for the Job system and it made up for what it lacked in plot and characterization by not taking itself seriously. AT ALL. Overall, a fun little game to play, and I'm planning on replaying it after finishing XII. Also, it did open-world storytelling WELL, because the premise lent itself to it well.

it is ok, I would prefer that it didnt have so much randomness thrown in such as fighting a behemoth in level two, and the fact that everyone is an emo bad guy.

I love the fast-paced battle system, I love the Dresssphere system, and I love pretty much everything else. My biggest complaint with this game is simple and predictable, the costumes. Having the girls be dressed like sluts takes all of the emotion out of the game, in my opinion. If they had not had the idea to base this game around sex appeal, they may have fcused more on making the story stronger, and every part of the story that is in the game now would have felt stronger as well.

I LOVED X-2, its battle system was great, the only thing I disliked was the over-girliness of the game.
