For those who don't already know Square-Enix has released a list (http://na.square-enix.com/events/e310/) of it's e3 announcements. I doubt that'll be it since they're a company that loves surprises at these things but it's not a bad lineup so far

FFXIV and Birth By Sleep, and any surprises they might have in store. Maybe something on Versus XIII or more KH titles.

Necromachina is 4P action game from the creator of Strider on PSN and XBLA

The character designer of the game is Roberto Ferrari. he is Square-Enix employee.

I'm kinda disappointed by the lineup except hearing that Coded is actually going to be released on the DS outside of Japan. I haven't been looking into XIV much lately (mostly cause it makes me feel guilty about how little I do for XI) and I don't know much about the Eidos entries. I still haven't played Parasite Eve 1 so I can't get excited about the third entry. Birth By Sleep would be more exciting if it wasn't for the flood of info you can get about the Japanese release and the fact the game is only a few months away from release here at least.

Oh well... Tokyo Game Show is where the real interesting announcements usually come from if not one of the companies own press conference held around TGS.

PE3, KH BBS and RE: Coded, Necromachina and FF 4 heroes of light.

Necromachina is my fave without a doubt. It makes me feel very nostalgic because its a side scroller.

Parasite Eve 3 is super exciting!

I could care less about the KH titles though. And I had almost forgotten about Lara Croft.

I'd like to see more of the Square series being meshed into a single work. It's hard to watch decent characters like Sion Barzahd, Ashley Riot, or Fei Fong Wong kind of fade away while characters from the Final Fantasy series are repeatedly or even persistently mentioned, cameoed, honored, or homaged in nearly every subsequent game in the series and even some outside (such as Ehrgeiz).

Parasite Eve 3 looks promising. I was going to say that Aya Brea was one of the characters who seem to have been a bit ignored.

Nm... "Red Ranger! Blue Ranger! Green Ranger! Yellow Ranger! Black Ranger! Necromachina assemble!" lol The character designs look great. It's been a while since I've seen a game of this style... or maybe I just haven't been paying attention. It looks cool to me.

Mindjack... what is it about this that reminds me of Ghost in the Shell?

So what was Nomura's big impact announcement? The iphone games? KH 3DS? 3rd Birthday (which I'm very excited for btw)?

If Nomura's announcement hasn't already been made, then I would expect it would be made during TGS or a private celebration held in Japan. E3 is more of a Western game show and so most of the Japanese companies make their major game release announcements during the Tokyo Game Show.

I'm still betting its not what people think its going to be. :D

disappointed there wasn't any info on versus, and i'm not terribly interested in the other games. I liked Parasite Eve a whole lot but I don't know if 3rd birthday is something i'll get around to actually playing.

I have to say, kind of bland S-E at E3 for me. The only thing that I'm excited about is 4 Heroes of Light (which I've been following for a year now) and Secret of Mana for the iPhone. I would have liked to have seen a new Crystal Chronicles game or Mana game or actual info on DQX or info about these supposed FF and DQ games for the 3DS.

I won't be getting excited until I see some gameplay. Pre-rendered cut scenes in a game who's predecessor didn't need them to be awesome don't cut it for me.

Not to say the trailers haven't looked cool and all, and I'll give credit where it's do in that the art style looks cool, but I can't play the art style. So if the gameplay is there to back it up then I'll gladly buy it when it comes out.
