I used to be the least flexible person ever. I couldn't touch my toes or anything. After starting running, I got more flexible and was able to touch my toes. Now, I'm able to places my palms down on the floor without bending at the knees for a few seconds. That gives me a nice stretching feeling.:omghey:

Maybe if I keep up running, and I try yoga, I'll be so flexible that I can be like one of those crazy tantric sex people, like Sting!

Are you flexible?

I can juuust about touch my toes for a second, but it hurts my knees.

I can touch my toes but I can't hold my foot like I used to be able to.

I've never been able to link my hands behind my back with one arm coming over the shoulder though, even when I was a kid. That's pretty bad.

I have to pop my lower back all day xD That requires putting one hand on a wall or table and bending over until one leg is 180° from my torso.

I'm not particularly flexible right now from a month of slovenliness, but I can still touch my toes (i like to brag about it :D)

I'm not flexible at all! When I did yoga I got to the point where I could grab my feet, but not anymore. I need to get back into the habit of stretching every day...

I can palm the ground, that's about all I care to know.

I'm a very short, petite girl and in my tiny-ness my limbs don't seem to want to bend. I'm horribly not flexible. I do exercise, and sometimes I try stetching exercises, but I never keep it up for long enough.

Your story inspires me though Rye. :D

We do stretches everyday at work. I can touch the ground with my palms and go further if I have something below me to pull on like a grated floor. xD

I'm also double-jointed in my shoulders and can touch my right ear with my right hand after circling my head with my right arm. :Oo:

I can touch my toes with ease and kick higher than my head. You decide.

My body aches so much right now, I feel like I've been put through a demented exercise regimen, but all I have done is sleep :( I'm not even flexible enough to sit down at the moment!

There must be a storm brewing that's affecting your old bones, MILF.

I used to be pretty flexible but then I was introduced to video games and didn't really feel like doing anything after than. Now when I stretch I get all cramped up. I once got a cramp below my jaw just by yawning. It was amazing.

I have long legs, so I've always had trouble touching my toes with my legs fully stretched. Then I started doing some yoga, and I can now do it. No prob!

Doing yoga has helped me become more flexible, yes.

Very, and have always been, probably thanks to the karate practice at an early age. :)
For instance, I can touch the floor next to my feet with my palms with no problem at all.

I used to be the third most flexible person in my class back in High School. I'm not even close to that now, but can still touch my toes and rest a knuckle or two on the ground if I'm standing with straight legs. Might take a little while to get to that point, though... that's when relaxed, btw. :p I might try while actively stretching later on.

I learned some martial art back in the days and they trained me on stretching, mainly for kicking purposes. Up till now, I can still stretch pretty well. :mymelrelaxed:

I've been really unfit most of my life, but I've always been the most flexible person I know of. I can put my feet behind my neck and all.

When I was younger I would put my legs behind my head for no reason at all. I can still do that. So the answer is yes.

When I lived in Atlanta I free ran a lot, but there's nowhere to run here, so I mostly stay inside. My flexibility is stunted because of inactivity, but I can still jump super high!

She can make awesome caek!

Also, Jesswee is flexible enough.

EDIT:

I can juuust about touch my toes for a second, but it hurts my knees.
It hurts your knees? It should hurt the muscles on the backs of your legs, not your knees! If it hurts your knees, you might need to talk to a doctor about that D:

You don't have to be flexible to touch your toes. Just bend your leg. :monster:

I meant those muscles but they are located at the knee so :p

I guess I am pretty flexible. The best I can manage is probably putting one leg behind my head while standing straight on the other, or putting both feets behind my head at the same time while standing on my hands.

I can also put my hands flat on the floor with my legs straight, put my right arm behind my head and then stretch it far enough to touch my right ear etc.

Summer will change that, though. :)
