Do we know of any summons yet? I wants some summons!

I heard they were gonna be called primals or something. Is this correct? Leviathan, Bahamut, and Ifrit have been seen in trailers or at least what looks like them

Any ideas? or who do you hope to be in it? I hope there is a summoner class :(

Maybe it will be like the most recent games where each character has one or a handful of summons they can use. That would be cool in a way but I would miss the summoner class because it's cool and unique to FF. I hope there is at least one pet class or some way to have pets.

I was thinking, maybe they'd make it like something hard to obtain. That way not everyone has one. Like you have to kill some big boss guy or do some horrifically long quest so when you see someone with one you'll know that person wasted a lot of time is a badass.

That's how it was for Summoners in FFXI. :) At least, if you wanted Fenrir or Diabolos.

Well yeah but I mean like maybe 10 people on the entire server have it kinda rare.

Maybe the deity you choose will have to do with this new pet class that hasn't been done before. :p

Well, they need to leave something out so they can add it in a future expansion. Might as well be summons!

I mean so far from Limsa's opening cutscene and the latest E3 trailer, we can see a possible Leviathan, Titan and Ifrit. They should be in the game in some capacity, I'd think...

I'd prefer they try something different with a pet class than the typical Summoner class. I'd still be sad if they didn't include all the summons in some form throughout the game, though!
