Would anyone care to explain how it's possible Edea's house has a field of flowers?

The title asks it all.. I mean, for godsake, it's on Centra which appears to be all dirt or rock, aside from the forests.
Not to mention the direction the field of flowers is.. would be the beach/ocean.
I just don't get it!

Even inhospitable environments like Greenland has pockets of relatively lush growth (for the climate anyway), so it's certainly possible in a fictional world.

It's also possible to have fields that seem to abruptly end at sandy beaches. I've seen that on the coastline in countless places.

You're forgetting that things on the world map are not to scale. So therefore the Orphanage will be a lot smaller and the distances on the map in terms of land will be larger.

Yeah, yeah, I mean you do look pretty giant when walking around on it. I just really wish they would have put a little tiny patch of flowers on the map. I'm too literal of a person for it to not be there.
