We've seen it many times over and over again: a female human falls in love with a male vampire. But what about the reciprocal of that, when a female vampire falls in love with a male human? Any examples of that?

The only thing that came to my mind was the House of Night series by someone I don't remember, someone and Kristen Cast. I think. I haven't read them all, but I remember it touching on a female vamp + male human relationship. I need to finish reading it XD

Also it's a bit..well, I don't know, most of these are aimed at teenage girls and it can be seen reflected :P

Let the Right One (book & film) featured a vampire girl and a human boy. It's not so much a romance, although the boy does have a crush on the girl. It's more about the friendship though.

True Blood has lots of gay/lesbian vampires. The two main vampire chicks on the show are lesbians (Pam & The Queen), the King is gay, and Eric Northman has swung both ways. A couple episodes back they had Pam going down on a human girl. Not something you see often on TV, let alone a TV show about vampires. :greenie:

Mrs. Meyers actually wrote and published (https://smile.amazon.com/Life-Death-Reimagined-Stephenie-Meyer-ebook/dp/B01MQ0604R/) exactly for what you are asking. That is a female version of Edward and a male version of Bella. Naturally the characters and drama make for a different story. For instance, the ending is a pretty dramatic change.
